DIRECTDrive Membership Drive
Goal: Increase the paid membership of your organization through the creation and execution of a two-day membership drive.
The Oliver Group LLC DIRECTDrive Membership Drive is a two-day, team based, intense, competitive and fun process designed to attract a maximum number of new members in a short period of time without the discomfort, confusion and uncertainty associated with most non-profit membership drives.
The Oliver Group LLC will work with your appointed coordinator and staff to manage the drive and create all materials, handouts and collateral materials associated with this project.
This team based membership drive process requires approximately two hours of participation by team members and board members in addition to attendance at a one-hour kick-off party.
The success of your drive is tied directly to the involvement and enthusiasm of the entire board of directors. There is a reasonable opportunity to add more new members to your organization over a two - day period with all dues collected and in the bank at the end of the drive than typically happens in an entire year!
This is a performance-based agreement. The Oliver Group LLC's compensation is tied directly to the success of your drive!
